ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
Accounts Officer
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent with professional accounting qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting preferably in hospitality industry
  • Proficient computing / PC skills, e.g. Ms Excel, Word etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
Assistant Cost Controller
  • Diploma in Accounting with professional accounting qualification
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferable in hospitality industry
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring Hotel F&B cost control
  • Responsible for compiling F&B cost reports and analysis
  • Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is an advantage
Senior Accountant
  • Degree in Accounting with professional accounting qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferable in hospitality industry
  • Hands-on experience in Financial / Management reporting & analysis
  • Experience in using “Solomon" accounting system is preferred
  • Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage
FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT (SERVICE)
Bar & Restaurant Manager
  • Diploma or above in hotel management / catering or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar position
  • Native English speaking is preferable
  • Good knowledge in bar & restaurant operation
  • Excellent in customer service skills and leadership skills
Bartender
  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Good in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Good knowledge on beverage is preferable
Cake Shop Assistant
  • Relevant experience of working in famous chain of cake shop
