ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Senior Accountant/ Accountant

  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting preferably in hospitality industry, with 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
  • Proficient computing / PC skills, e.g. Ms Excel, Word etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

Assistant Director of Food & Beverage/ Food & Beverage Manager

  • Degree holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry with at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Conversant operating standard with international hotel of sizable restaurant group will be highly regarded
  • Experience and well-versed in different restaurants operations including French/ Italian/ Vietnamese/ Japanese restaurants is an advantage
  • Experience in Michelin star restaurant is preferable
  • Excellent leadership, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Director of Catering

  • Degree holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong leadership skill and able to drive revenue/sales targets
  • Strong contact with high profile commercial and corporate accounts with proven experience in handling MICE events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese is a must
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Catering Manager

Executive Sous Chef

  • Degree/ Diploma holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in local Food & Beverage industry with at least 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience and well-versed in different restaurants operations including French/ Italian/ Vietnamese restaurants is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Food & Beverage Secretary

  • Degree holder of Hotel / related field
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English (Grade B or above for HKCE/ HKAL is preferable)
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity, Food & Beverage background is preferable

Restaurant Receptionist – IFC Inagiku/ The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant

  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills

Captain – Le Soleil / JIN Cuisine

  • 3 years or above relevant experience
  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Good knowledge on beverage is preferable

Waiter/ Waitress
– Chinese Restaurant / Le Soleil / Japanese Restaurant (at The Royal Garden / Central / Tseung Kwan O)

  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Good knowledge on beverage is preferable

Shop Assistant – Fine Foods

  • Relevant working experience in famous cake shops
  • Good command of spoken Chinese & English

Cook – Coffee Shop Kitchen (Contract)

  • Relevant working experience in hotels coffee shop
  • Good command of spoken Chinese & English

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

Floor Attendant (Contract)

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good command of spoken Chinese
  • Simple English communication

Public Area Attendant (Contract)

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Responsible to cleanness of Public Area 

PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT

Assistant Public Relations Manager / Senior Public Relations Officer

  • Degree holder in communications, journalism or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in hotel or public relations field
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Strong media contacts and good communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated with innovative and creative mind
