ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Accountant

  • Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Hotel Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years qualified HKICPA/ ACCA experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-minded, well organized and strong communication skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant

Income Audit Clerk

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Hotel Accounting
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills

FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT

Food & Beverage Manager

  • Degree holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Conversant with international hotel operating standard
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in different restaurants operations is an advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese is a must
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Director of Sales - Catering

  • Degree holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong leadership skill and able to drive revenue/sales targets
  • Strong contact with high profile commercial and corporate accounts with proven experience in handling MICE events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese is a must 

Cake Shop Assistant

  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Relevant experience of working in famous chain of cake shop

Dishwasher – Royal Garden / Tseung Kwan O / Central

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity is preferred

Restaurant Receptionist

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin

Stewarding Supervisor

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in similar capacity
  • A strong team player with good leadership and inter-personal skills

Floor Attendant

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity is preferred

Public Area Attendant

PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT

Assistant Public Relations Manager 

  • Degree holder in communications, journalism or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in hotel or public relations field
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Strong media contacts and good communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated with innovative and creative mind

Sales & Marketing

Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager

  • Degree holder in hotel, catering or hospitality management
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be desirable

Sky Club Department

Spa Therapist

  • Good knowledge on Spa treatments
  • Good selling skills with sound and proven record
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Simple English communication
