  • Degree holder of Hotel / related field
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English (Grade C or above for HKCE/ HKAL is preferrable)

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity, Food & Beverage background is preferable

ReceptionistSabatini/ Inagiku Grande

  • 1 years or above relevant experience
  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin

Captain – Dong Lai Shun/ Greenery/ Inagiku Grande (Central)

  • 3 years or above relevant experience
  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin

Waiter/ Waitress – Greenery/ Chinese Restaurant / Sabatini/ Inagiku Grande (The Royal Garden / Central)

  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Good knowledge on beverage is preferable

Bar Waitress

  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality

Senior Cake Shop Assistant

  • Cheerful, pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Relevant experience of working in famous chain of cake shop

Cook – Coffee Shop Kitchen/ Chinese Kitchen (Contract)

  • Relevant working experience in hotels coffee shop
  • Basic command of spoken Chinese & English

FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT

Front Office Manager

  • Degree/Diploma holder in hospitality management
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Front Office operation
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Independent, mature and with excellent inter-personal communications skills and leadership skills

Bell Attendant

  • Certificate holder in Hotel Management 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality 
  • Good in spoken English  & Mandarin

HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT

Floor Attendant

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good command of spoken Chinese
  • Simple English communication

Public Area Attendant (Contract)

  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Responsible to cleanness of Public Area

Public Relations

Public Relations Officer

  • Degree holder in communications, journalism or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1 years relevant experience, preferably in hotel or public relations field
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Highly motivated with innovative and creative mind
  • Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Public Relations Officer
